Enrollment in a club is a one year commitment
- Your membership will automatically renew each subsequent year
- Should a credit card be declined for 2 consecutive shipments, the membership will be cancelled
- Cancellation for club membership in future years must be received in writing prior to any shipments
- Members are billed at time of shipment for wine (less discount), shipping, and applicable sales tax
- It is the Member's obligation to notify Trisaetum of any address change before wines are shipped
- Members must be 21 or older and a signature from an individual 21 or over is required for delivery
- We strongly encourage wine shipped to a business for the required adult signature
- Wine club shipments can only be made to states where wine can legally be shipped
